Procedure for EBS Payment gateway

  • Send filled application form through courier fax or scanned copy by mail.
  • Approval status for the same will be given in 3 - 4 working days.
  • After approval mail send documentations along with the requisite payment for processing the account. For the list of documents click here
  • 14 working days will be required for process after receiving all documents.
  • On satisfactory verification, integration kit will be forwarded to merchant with test ID and login details
  • Payment Gateway will be set on live mode, after receiving live request

Documentation Required for Enrolling with EBS Payment Gateway:

  • Application Form with Authorized signatory and company stamp on each and every page.
  • Agreement on Rs.500-stamp paper or franking from bank for the same. This agreement is supposed to be duly filled, signed and stamped by an authorized signatory on all pages.
  • Stamp & signature on chargeback & Risk Monitoring Letters on organisation’s letter head
  • Address Proof
    • Electricity Bill (of previous month- Paid).
    • Telephone Bill (of previous month-Paid).
  • Photo Proof
    • Concern person passport copy or
    • Pan Card /Election Card/Driving License copy with Merchant Residence Address Proof.
  • Financial Proof
    • Audited balance sheet and P & L statement for the last 2 years OR
    • Current account statement for the last 1 year.(with bank seal and bank logo)
  • Sales Tax registration/ Income Tax registration/ Municipal registration.
  • Bank Current Account No (For transfer of funds)
  • A letter from bank, signed and stamped, stating that you are holding a current account in this bank.
  • Company Proof
    • Private Limited / Public Limited -MOA or AOA
      • Form - 32 along with Board Resolution (on your company’s letter head signed and stamped by all the director)
      • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Partnership firm - Partnership Deed
      • No Objection Letter Resolution ( on your company’s letter head signed and stamped by all the Partners )
    • Proprietorship firm - Shop Establishment Certificate / Company Registration Certificate / Trade License
    • NGO / Charitable Trusts / Non Profit Organization – Trust Deed, Memorandum of Understanding
      • Resolution Deed - (on your company’s letter head signed and stamped by all the Directors/ Trustees )
  • Payment gateway statement (of 3 months if used previously)
